Dr.Web Security Space has earned an SKD AWARDS honour from the independent testing provider SKD Labs. The laboratory's test results are recognized by Microsoft. Dr.Web Security Space 12.0 for Windows won in the Personal Computer Security category. The award ceremony was held in Beijing on February 28, 2023.

Since 2013, SKD AWARDS prizes have been awarded to the most outstanding products among those that have passed the laboratory's tests and been certified by SKD Labs. SKD Labs evaluates and reviews the features of applications and how well they perform and maintain security, through rigorous testing that simulates real-life scenarios. Dr.Web Security Space was certified by SKD Labs in the summer of 2022.

The certificate allows Dr.Web Security Space to participate in the Microsoft Virus Initiative (MVI) programme. By becoming an MVI member, cybersecurity companies gain exclusive access to Microsoft's technology information to create “better-together” anti-virus solutions for Windows. The certificate remains valid for one year.

To protect their systems with Dr.Web Security Space, users are not required to have special skills or an extensive IT background. The application will run smoothly, virtually on any PC hardware configuration. The anti-virus protects the system memory, hard drives, and removable media from all types of threats, including viruses, rootkits, trojans, spyware, adware and hack tools, as well as from other types of malware.

Business customers can purchase it as Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite, part of Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite—a comprehensive anti-virus security solution designed to protect all nodes in a corporate infrastructure.
